Day 13: Tummy Trouble

Energy Level: Low
Sleep: Ok (5am-1pm)
Mood: Bloated
Weight: 228.1 lbs (28.3% body fat)
Weight Change: 12.0 lbs (1.7% body fat)

My stomach hurt when I woke up today, so I skipped breakfast. It still hurt by 4pm, but I figured I should probably force myself to eat something anyway. At the time I'm writing this, it is still quite sore, and distended. Decided to have a bath and take it easy today. Feel like I wasted my day. Blah.

BREAKFAST (1PM):
  • Skipped

LUNCH (4PM):
  • Bananas

DINNER(8PM):
  • 3pc Salmon Sashimi

SNACKS:
  • Bananas, Raisins, Pineapple, Tangelo, Icy Cocoa Bites, Flax Chips

EXERCISE:
  • Biking (3km)
