Pre-Diet Introduction

The Bounty
On Jan 2, 2013 my old lady (Nicole) and I are going to be starting a Raw Food Diet, based on the 80/10/10 method. Basically it's 80% carbs, 10% fat, 10% protein. Nothing processed, nothing cooked. No Booze. No Caffeine. You eat veggies for nutrition, fruit for calories, and a very small portion of nuts or an avocado for fat. Unlike Nicole, I will be supplementing my diet with fresh raw salmon.

I'm a ravenous Carnivore with a sweet tooth, and Nicole is a hardcore Vegan caffeine junky, and we're both Boozethusiasts, so the experiment should be interesting to say the least.


I'll be using my blog to chart the following:

  • What I'm eating (with photos)
  • Weight/Health changes (with stats)
  • Exercise
  • Mood/Sleep
