Day 05: Hulk Confused

Sleep: Good (1am-9am)
Mood: Positive
Weight: 232.3 lbs (28.7% body fat)
Weight Change: -7.8 lbs (1.3% body fat)

Woke up today feeling kind of bloated from all the veggies I ate last night. Like I'm going to give birth to a salad. Not hungry at all. Skipping almonds this morning.


BREAKFAST (10AM):
  • Juice (Orange, Fuji Apple, Ginger, Lemon, Lime)
  • Banana

LUNCH (4PM):
  • Leftover Marinated Curry Vegetables with Parsnip Rice
  • Smoothie (2c Spinach, 1c Parsley, Orange, Banana, Ginger, Strawberry)

DINNER(9:30PM):
  • 6pc Salmon Sashimi

SNACKS:
  • Juice (Carrots)
  • Nicole's Homemade Kale Chips
  • Bananas (Duh!)

EXERCISE:
  • Winter Biking (20km)

Not much to note of interest today. Went for a proper bike ride to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D at 7pm, which was better than I thought it would be. The biking was more effort than it should have been. My chest/lungs hurt on the ride home and I developed a nagging headache that won't go away. Probably should have had dinner BEFORE the ride. Again, I need to plan better.

Weight loss continues. Some friends suggested it is all water weight and I shouldn't get too excited, but considering how much water I drink I'm not sure how I'm shedding water. Hulk Confused.
