Couldn't sleep last night, so I watched weird movies all night (like THE COMEDY) and went to bed at 6am. Woke up at 1pm feeling a little groggy. I've continued to lose weight, but the body fat loss has stalled. I hope that means I AM losing extra water, and not muscle! Yikes.
BREAKFAST (1PM):
- Juice (2 Orange, Ginger, Lemon, 6 Strawberries)
- 2 Bananas
LUNCH (6PM):
- Leftover Marinated Curry Vegetables with Parsnip Rice
DINNER(8PM):
- 6pc Salmon Sashimi w/ Cucumber Spinach Salad and MY MUSTARD as a Dressing.

- Raisins
- Yellow Peppers w/ Homemade Guacamole
EXERCISE:
- Winter Biking (6.5km)
Gonna have my back injury looked at tomorrow. Fingers crossed I can start exercising fully again soon.
