Day 06: Pickup Sticks (Chopsticks, that it!)


Energy Level: Medium
Sleep: Poor (6am-1pm)
Mood: Positive
Weight: 230.5 lbs (28.7% body fat)
Weight Change: -9.6 lbs (1.3% body fat)

Couldn't sleep last night, so I watched weird movies all night (like THE COMEDY) and went to bed at 6am. Woke up at 1pm feeling a little groggy. I've continued to lose weight, but the body fat loss has stalled. I hope that means I AM losing extra water, and not muscle! Yikes.

BREAKFAST (1PM):
  • Juice (2 Orange, Ginger, Lemon, 6 Strawberries)
  • 2 Bananas

LUNCH (6PM):
  • Leftover Marinated Curry Vegetables with Parsnip Rice

DINNER(8PM):
  • 6pc Salmon Sashimi w/ Cucumber Spinach Salad and MY MUSTARD as a Dressing.

SNACKS:
  • Juice (2 Lemon, Agave Syrup)
  • Raisins
  • Yellow Peppers w/ Homemade Guacamole

EXERCISE:
  • Winter Biking (6.5km)

Gonna have my back injury looked at tomorrow. Fingers crossed I can start exercising fully again soon.
