Hilarious! (click for larger)
Energy Level: Good
Sleep: Good (4am-9am)
Mood: Positive
Weight: 228.9 lbs (29.0% body fat)
Weight Change: 11.2 lbs (1.0% body fat)

Had a short sleep last night but I feel really good this morning. No headache. Hungry. Full of energy. The scale says I went up in body fat (slightly), which makes sense since I ate tons of fat yesterday (nut based, mostly).

I did Yoga and Boxing, then I ran out of energy right around 3PM, and became very cold, which was super annoying. I climbed into bed under heavy blankets to warm up, then promptly fell asleep for 2 hours. D'oh! Now I rested and after I had dinner I'm full of energy again.

New Courier Bag
Some people have asked if a raw diet is more expensive than a regular diet. Well that depends on what your regular diet is, obviously.

But to give you something to compare with - this awesome new courier bag (which just arrived in the mail!) is full of $28 (Canadian) worth of fruits and vegetables.

Inside the bag is:
10 Tangelos, 6 Apples, 5 Lemons, 18 Banana, 1 Pineapple, 1 Coconut, 1 Cantaloupe, 3 Pears, 2 Heads of Broccoli, 1 Cucumber, and 4lbs. of Carrots.

Which looks like this:

Sweet haul bro.

Yes, I am amazed that all fit in the courier bag. Felt like 50lbs worth of food too!

Nailed the stats todays! YESSSSSSS.
