Had a short sleep last night but I feel really good this morning. No headache. Hungry. Full of energy. The scale says I went up in body fat (slightly), which makes sense since I ate tons of fat yesterday (nut based, mostly).
I did Yoga and Boxing, then I ran out of energy right around 3PM, and became very cold, which was super annoying. I climbed into bed under heavy blankets to warm up, then promptly fell asleep for 2 hours. D'oh! Now I rested and after I had dinner I'm full of energy again.
BREAKFAST (9:30AM):
- Juice (Orange, Fuji Apple, Ginger, Lemon, Lime)
- Banana, Raisins
LUNCH (2PM):
- Smoothie (Bananas, Spinach, Parsley, Almond Milk, Strawberries)
DINNER(7PM):
- 3pc Salmon Sashimi
SNACKS:
- Bananas, Raisins, Veggies with puree veggie dip
- Nicole's delicious Cocoa Banana Almond Milk pudding
- Johnny's Icy Cocoa Banana Bites

Yes, I am amazed that all fit in the courier bag. Felt like 50lbs worth of food too!
