STEP 2: Set Binding
- Toss Flax Meal and Green Pepper into blender. Blend.
- Let sit for about 10 minutes. It will thicken considerably. If too watery, add flax.

STEP 3: Make Filler
- Toss Walnuts, Onion, Jalapeño, Celery, Oil, and Spices into Food Processor.
- Add Mushrooms.
- Process until combined.

STEP 4: Form Burgers
- On your Dehydrator Sheet, form 5 burgers and flatten them out so that they are not too fat. I didn't do this in version 1, and the texture in the middle wasn't as good as the outside.
- Dehydrate for 3-4 hours.
- Flip Burgers.
- Dehydrate for 2 hours.

STEP 5: Eat!
- I served these on a leaf of Boston Lettuce with Cucumber, Yellow Pepper, Avocado, and Homemade Salsa. Trick them out any way you'd like.
- Enjoy!
