Day 15: Get your finger off my hole!

Sleep: Broken (1am-2am, 6am-1pm)

Weight Change: 14.2 lbs (1.7% body fat)

Dog kept waking me up last night. What a bitch. Woke up HUNGRY today and ready to try making some new recipes.

BREAKFAST (1PM):
  • Juice (Orange, Apple, Ginger, Lemon, Blueberry)
  • Bananas, Walnuts

LUNCH (6PM):
  • 6pc Salmon Sashimi

DINNER:
  • Fruit Salad

SNACKS:

EXERCISE:
  • Biking (3km), Hiking



Stats are pretty off today. Oops. Gotta get back on the Vegetable Smoothie train tomorrow.
