- Fruit Smoothie (Banana, 2 Oranges, 1 Cup Blueberries)
LUNCH (3PM):
- Pint of Water
- Banana
- Veg Smoothie (1 Cup Parsley, 1 Cup Spinach, 2 Cup Pineapple, 1 Cup Almond Milk, Banana)
DINNER (7PM):
- Pint of Water
- 6pcs Salmon Sashimi (w/ soy sauce, ginger, wasabi)
SNACKS (Various Times):
- 20 Raw Almonds (30g)
- Bananas (7)
- Apple
- Raisins (tbsp)
- Veggies (Celery, Carrot, Cucumber) with Dip (Cauliflower, Red Peppers, Spices)
EXERCISE (Various Times):
- Winter Biking (30 mins)
- Hiking (3km)
Throughout the day I was tired and had a very low level headache. This was probably due to caffeine withdrawal, I used to have 4-5 cups of Earl Grey a day. Urinating very frequently, which is unusual for me. My mom says I'm full of piss and vinegar! My urine is as clear as water. My body is normally VERY warm, but I've felt cold all day. Though my energy level is low, my libido is high. I felt mildly hungry until I had dinner, but not painfully so. Need to add more carbs tomorrow.
Watched a movie with Nicole and had to fight off falling asleep. I decided to go to bed early (10PM?) but I awoke 2.5 hours laters.
I'll ramp up my exercise, which should hopefully give me more energy, as soon as my back injury hurts less. I'll have to stop picking up cute girls. And yes, I mean physically lifting them.
