I'll soak my batch in water for tomorrow's breakfast.
BREAKFAST (1PM):
- 20 Almonds and a pint of water
- Juice (2 Oranges, 1 Chunk of Ginger, 6 Strawberries, 6 Red Grapes, 1 Cup Pineapple)
- Banana
LUNCH (5PM):
- 6pcs Salmon Sashimi (w/ Ginger, Wasabi, Soy Sauce)
DINNER (9:30PM):
SNACKS:
- Veg Juice (2 Cups Spinach & Parsley, Orange, Strawberries, Bananas, Ginger)
- Kale Chips (SO GOOD!)
- Raw Vegan Cookie (Yuck!)
- Bananas
- Raisins
EXERCISE:
- Winter Cycling (11km)
Operation keep dog awake was a success. When I went out for a ride I put "No Sleep Til Brooklyn" on the stereo at high volume. She loves that.
Ate a TON more calories today, but that damn gross cookie screwed my ratios. Boo-urns. Try again tomorrow.
My body heat finally bounced back to normal shortly after lunch. My mild headache is gone too. And I grew wings! Wait ... not that last one. More energy though, that's a good sign.
wings!? I feel so ripped off. Dammit. Maybe tomorrow.
