Day 08: Lucy in the Pie, with Apples.

Energy Level: Medium

Sleep: Ok (6am-11:59am)
Mood: Positive
Weight: 229.2 lbs (28.7% body fat)
Weight Change: -10.9 lbs (1.3% body fat)

My appetite is back. Had breakfast as soon as I awoke. My rapid weight loss seems to have balanced out. Now that my back is feeling better (Thanks to my buddy who is an awesome RMT) I'm going to start working out a little more, so I don't lose any muscle.

BREAKFAST (NOON):
  • Juice (3 Tangelos)
  • Banana

LUNCH (4:30PM):
  • Smoothie (Banana, 2c Spinach, 1c Parsley, 1c Blueberries, 5 Strawberries)

DINNER(7PM):
  • 5pc Salmon Sashimi (w/ Wasabi, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Cucumbers)

2ND DINNER (9PM):
  • Nicole's Marinated Zucchini Noodles w/Pesto

SNACKS:
  • Bananas, Tangelo, Raisins
  • Flax Crisps
  • Johnny's Raw "Caramel" Apple Pie

EXERCISE:
  • Winter Hiking (5km) + Dog Walking (3km)
  • Snow Biking (15km)

The surprise dessert that I hinted at YESTERDAY is ... drumroll ... Raw "Caramel" Apple Pie!
