My appetite is back. Had breakfast as soon as I awoke. My rapid weight loss seems to have balanced out. Now that my back is feeling better (Thanks to my buddy who is an awesome RMT) I'm going to start working out a little more, so I don't lose any muscle.
BREAKFAST (NOON):
- Juice (3 Tangelos)
 - Banana
 
LUNCH (4:30PM):
- Smoothie (Banana, 2c Spinach, 1c Parsley, 1c Blueberries, 5 Strawberries)
 
DINNER(7PM):
- 5pc Salmon Sashimi (w/ Wasabi, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Cucumbers)
 
2ND DINNER (9PM):
- Nicole's Marinated Zucchini Noodles w/Pesto
 
SNACKS:
- Bananas, Tangelo, Raisins
 - Flax Crisps
 - Johnny's Raw "Caramel" Apple Pie
 
EXERCISE:
- Winter Hiking (5km) + Dog Walking (3km)
 - Snow Biking (15km)
 
The surprise dessert that I hinted at YESTERDAY is ... drumroll ... Raw "Caramel" Apple Pie!
